AVIC International Shenzhen Company Limited (AVIC INTL Shenzhen) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AVIC International Holding Corporation (AVIC INTERNATIONAL). Acting as the “pioneer” of the aviation industry and the “test field”for reform, AVIC INTL Shenzhen is engaged in electronic information, modern services, and real estate & property businesses.

AVIC INTL Shenzhen was established in 1979 and became one of the earliest state-owned enterprises to participate in the construction of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. In over 30 years of development, AVIC INTL Shenzhen relied on technology, quality, and management of the aviation industry as well as market-oriented and internationalized policies and the environment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone;it has also become a vanguard and pathfinder for relevant industries in China and the earliest participant of the Chinese capital market. After years of development,  AVIC INTL Shenzhen now has five companies listed at home or abroad, including AVIC International Holdings Limited (0161, HK), Tianma Micro-electronics Co., Ltd. (000050, SZ), FIYTA Holdings Ltd. (A:000026, B:200026), Rainbow Department Store Company Limited (002419, SZ) and Shennan Circuits(002916,SZ). In addition, it owns some famous brands and influential enterprises in the industry, such as Shennan Circuits Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Grand Skylight Hotel Management Company Limited, Shanghai Hotel, and Harmony World Watch Center.
